Just over 4 weeks left to get your application in for Durham Fringe 2026! We're looking for any & all genres of performing arts, from spoken word to circus. This year, for the first time, we're allowing acts to choose their ticket pricing from a number of options to cater to shows of all sizes & experience levels. Companies/performers take 70% of net ticket sales & there is no fee to apply, perform, hire a venue, or receive technical support. Thank you for sharing a few words about your experience as a performer in 2025, Molly! If you're a performer of any discipline or experience level, you can now apply for Durham Fringe 2026! Whether you're new to the stage or representing a large-scale production, we'd love to hear from you. 👉 Our venues will range from intimate settings to large theatres, depending on what suits you best. 👉 This year, you can request to set your ticket price from a number of options, depending on your experience level & the type of show you're bringing. 👉 Applications close Monday 16 February. Five years of Durham Fringe ✨ 2025 is drawing to a close & we can't help but feel reflective. Almost 10,00 ticket sold, just shy of 500 performers & crew, & over 120 volunteers -- all in one short year. Oh, & we launch our brand new monthly events which we can't wait to continue in January! It has been a fantastic year for us, but we'd be lying if we said it was easy. Fundraising is an uphill battle that we continue to face in 2026. However, we close out our fifth chapter looking ahead with only positivity. Thank you for playing your part in our story so far, whether you're one of our brilliant audience members, performers, sponsors, volunteers, or even just quiet a supporter. We'll see you next year 🎊🎉
