The Assembly Rooms Theatre
Fully refurbished in 2019, thanks to a £2.4m investment by Durham University, this beautiful, historic theatre has been serving the city for over 120 years.
In 2023 it was renamed the Sir Thomas Allen Assembly Rooms Theatre.
