This unique venue is in a World Heritage Site, nestled between the stunning 11th century Durham Cathedral and the magnificent Castle.

There will be a 8x5m raised stage. Good lighting and sound rig. Bar on site.

The sides of the stretch tent will be open and sunset is 21:25, so apart from late evening shows, blackout cannot be achieved, nevertheless drama/theatre works well as do most genres.

As with all outside performance spaces the weather and various noise sources (airplanes, cathedral bells etc) can contribute to the experience.

Night time is truly spectacular.
